We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance, repair, and improvement of The Brook's facilities and grounds. In this role, you'll oversee engineering operations, capital projects, preventive maintenance programs, and a skilled team committed to keeping our property safe, efficient, and guest-ready.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop the Engineering and Grounds teams
  • Oversee maintenance of building systems, equipment, and property grounds
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs and daily work orders
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects
  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Manage department budgets, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Support facility operations, events, and emergency response efforts
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of facilities, engineering, construction, or commercial maintenance experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Experience managing teams, projects, budgets, and contractors
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain a NH Primary Game Operator License (company sponsored)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
