Engineering Manager – Job Overview:

The Engineering Manager at Applied Concepts is responsible for the planning and implementation of the product development process for the creation of electronic products using RADAR, LIDAR and traffic calming technologies. This includes managing the resources, equipment, defining goals, setting priorities, and ensuring the methods used are adequate for the goals of the development objectives. The position requires knowledge of working with the manufacturing of electronic products and the ability to work directly with manufacturing organizations in the resolution of manufacturing issues. The job also requires continuous improvement of the development process to maintain a competitive organization.

Note: We will be particularly interested if you have a diverse work background (multiple disciplines or technologies), have a small company background (where you wore multiple hats of responsibility), are a people person, and can succeed in working through others. We are looking for someone that enjoys taking products from concept to customer satisfaction.

The compensation for this position is a combination of salary, medical, dental, and life insurance benefits along with a generous amount of paid time off. The annual salary for this role is $130,000-$155,000.
