What we are looking for

We’re searching for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, customer partnership, and hands‑on leadership. As part of our newly unified Foodera Technologies team, you’ll help shape the future of food‑processing solutions by guiding complex projects from initial concept through successful completion.

You’ll be a key driver of project outcomes. That means owning project planning and execution, building strong and lasting customer relationships, and ensuring every deliverable reflects the high standards our companies are known for. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and field teams while also having the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.


Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule projects and resources while ensuring progression and completion on time
  • Track and manage project budgets
  • Enhance the culture of action, accountability, accomplishment, and communication within the team
  • Create project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, and requirements
  • Work with other teams and departments to ensure project accuracy, profitability, progression and completion
  • Manage subcontractors through consistent communication, planning, expectation and execution
  • Promote teamwork and lead by example
  • Manage status reporting to key stakeholders
  • Work hand in hand with Engineering, Production, Accounting, Installation, and management teams effectively
  • Travel with the project as needed (20-50% travel sometimes required)


Desired Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in construction management or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience
  • (3-5+) years of project management experience preferred
