The Technical Project Manager is responsible for Custom Engineering projects, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery. The Project Manager is technically hands-on and responsible for assisting other team members, and working on departmental projects, and supporting the budgets, variance, and schedules.

This position reports to the Sr Manager, Project Management and is part of the Custom Engineering Team located in Shrewsbury, MA, and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Support project lifecycle from pre-order sales support through final customer acceptance, ensuring alignment with standard work.

  • Responsible for achieving key performance indicators (Within Specification, On-Time, and Within Budget)

  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers, managing expectations and updates throughout the project.

  • Drive performance outcomes by meeting KPIs (On-Time, Within Budget, Within Specification) and managing multiple complex or strategic projects.

  • Apply risk management principles to identify, mitigate, or present options for resolution to issues that impact quality, delivery or budget of the project.

Minimum qualifications would include:

  • 5+ yearspreviousexperience in engineering, operations, processdevelopmentor project management within the life sciences industry - with a focus on process engineering disciplines (process development, design, commissioning, and validation)

  • Proficientcomputer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of project management software (Basecamp, MS Project)

  • Previousexperience in performing equipment testing (FAT, SAT, commissioning,and qualification)

It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:

  • 3+ years ofindustrial experience (biotechnology andpharma) in engineering or manufacturing operations

  • Practical applicationof pharmaceutical /biologicsregulations.

  • Travel upwards25% - international and domestic

Theannualsalary range for this role is$95K-110K.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
