Summary:

The Corporate Accounts team is committed to deepening customer engagement and driving sustainable, profitable growth across key strategic markets. Our work centers on large end users within the Heavy Industries and Drives segments, where we build long term partnerships and deliver differentiated value.

We are seeking a Corporate Account Manager to lead our aftermarket strategy within the Pulp & Paper industry. In this role, you will develop and execute an industry focused plan to expand end user engagement, strengthen strategic relationships, and accelerate profitable growth.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Accounts, you will play a key role in shaping our presence in this essential market-identifying opportunities, influencing customer decision making, and driving initiatives that support both near term results and long term strategic positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Leadership: Lead commercial strategy and execution for the Pulp & Paper industry, delivering growth, market penetration, and performance against key KPIs.
  • Strategic Customer Engagement: Build and deepen relationships with high value end users, acting as their primary strategic partner. Influence top down decision making by strengthening SKF's position and expanding our presence across customer organizations.
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive the Pulp & Paper growth strategy in alignment with company objectives. Collaborate across all SKF product lines-Seals, Lubrication, Services, and more-to deliver full portfolio value. Ensure seamless coordination across aftermarket, OES, and OEM channels to enhance our go to market model.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales teams, distribution partners, engineering, customer service, operations, finance, and external partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and ensure long term account success.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead or support strategic commercial discussions, contributing to proposals, pricing, and contract structures that advance long term growth with key accounts.
  • Voice of the Customer: Capture and translate customer insights into actionable improvements. Use customer scorecard metrics to elevate satisfaction and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Maintain a focused, strategic sales funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow up, and effective opportunity progression through closure.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of industrial experience in sales or engineering
  • Advanced negotiation skills and experience in developing long-term customer agreements
  • Strong communication skills-clear, concise, and credible
  • High level of business acumen with proven ability to influence and drive results
  • Self-starter with resilience and adaptability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to identify new opportunities and drive profitable growth
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build positive relationships, across multiple functions within an organization

Travel Requirements:

  • 50% of travel
