Air Products is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization supporting production facilities across the West Gulf Coast HYCO Subregion. This role is responsible for driving consistency in maintenance execution, improving plant reliability, optimizing maintenance costs, and developing maintenance talent across the region. The successful candidate will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance while supporting the long-term business objectives of the organization. This position reports to the North America Maintenance Manager.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site maintenance organizations and technical teams.

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices in an industrial manufacturing, refining, petrochemical, gas processing, or related environment.

  • Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting, forecasting, outage management, and capital project support.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve equipment reliability, maintenance productivity, and cost performance.

  • Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.

  • Experience utilizing maintenance management systems such as SAP and maintenance planning tools.

  • Ability to lead complex problem-solving efforts and drive resolution of plant reliability issues.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational, financial, and strategic objectives.

  • Proven commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, operations, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership or management experience.

  • Demonstrated success in improving safety, reliability, quality, and maintenance performance.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or another technical discipline preferred.

  • Experience supporting industrial manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, energy, or process plant operations preferred.
