Job description

Maintenance Manager position will require leading the Maintenance Department to ensure plant reliability, efficiency, and cost-effective operation. Will oversee all maintenance activities, will manage plant fixed costs and variable costs related to grinding media and lubricants, and will ensure optimal use of resources while supporting continuous improvement and safe work practices across all maintenance disciplines.  A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, as well as 12 months’ experience in SAP, cement industry, and reliability systems. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineer.
