Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for integrating cross-functional engineering activities, managing technical teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders, vendors, and clients to drive successful project execution.

  • Oversee the integration of engineering activities within a nuclear enrichment environment.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale, complex projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and nuclear regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across engineering functions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex engineering challenges.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working in a nuclear enrichment, or DOE regulated environment.
  • Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a Department of Energy Q Clearance.
  • 15+ years of experience in a nuclear enrichment, or DOE regulated environment.


Location/Work Arrangement:

  • This position is onsite position in Oak Ridge, TN.
  • Schedule is full-time Monday-Friday, 40-hour week.
