Summary: In this role, you will provide senior technical and organizational leadership across a domain cluster to strengthen engineering excellence, delivery capability, and consistent execution. You will develop engineering talent through coaching, performance management, and career development while translating enterprise strategy into actionable technical roadmaps. You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, establish engineering standards and best practices, and partner with product, architecture, and business clients to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership, coaching, mentorship, and performance management for engineering teams. Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent while assessing team health and organizational needs. Align quarterly and long-term technical roadmaps with enterprise and product strategies.

Partner with Product Management and Architecture to balance product priorities, technical debt, reliability, innovation, design, and dependencies. Lead technical risk assessment, mitigation planning, and resolution of complex technical challenges across multiple teams. Establish and promote engineering standards and best practices that support quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Oversee Agile delivery, quarterly goals, cross-team coordination, resource allocation, and execution of complex initiatives. Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks, impediments, and product issues while communicating progress and outcomes to senior leadership. Champion cross-domain collaboration, knowledge sharing, process improvement, and alignment with enterprise priorities.

Shape and execute engineering talent and organizational strategies that build long-term capabilities and support business needs. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and developing technical talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance management required. Experience operating in a matrixed environment and aligning technical decisions with strategic business goals required. Experience supporting or leading infrastructure, platform engineering, or shared services teams required.

Experience designing and deploying large-scale data applications required. Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare preferred. Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices, technical roadmap development, and cross-functional engineering execution.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage clients and senior leaders. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00. This position is also incentive eligible
