โญ What You'll Do
As an A/P & A/R Specialist, you'll support the dayโtoโday operations of the Finance department, assist with the monthly financial close process, and deliver excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Process A/P and A/R invoices accurately and on time.
- Review customer credit hold queues and take appropriate action.
- Process daily A/R bank deposits and cash applications.
- Perform weekly A/P check runs and prepare ACH files.
- Support A/R collection activities as needed.
- Enter and process Nails invoices.
- Complete weekly certification review and processing.
Financial Close & Reporting
- Assist with the monthly financial close process.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure proper supporting documentation.
- Reconcile subโledgers to the general ledger.
- Maintain supporting schedules and assist with monthโend reporting.
- Support sales tax processing and reporting activities.
Customer Service & CrossโFunctional Support
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Assist other departments with financial analysis and accountingโrelated support.

โญ What You Bring
Required
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- 3โ7 years of related A/P and A/R experience.
- Strong Excel skills (required).
- Excellent organization, timeโmanagement, and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during monthโend close and other peak periods.
Preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or operationsโdriven environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
โญ Pay and Benefits
This is a fullโtime, onโsite, exempt position. The typical schedule is standard business hours with extended hours as needed during monthโend close.
The range for this position is $59,800-$74,780 and is highly dependent on applicable experience and skills.
