We are seeking an experienced UX Design Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of a large-scale Enterprise Design System. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge Figma-based design systems, CMS component architecture, and AI-enabled design workflows to deliver scalable and consistent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the enterprise design system across Figma and CMS platforms

Build and maintain scalable:

  • Figma Components
  • Variants
  • Design Tokens
  • Shared Design Libraries

Translate design assets into CMS-ready components (Sitecore/SXA, AEM, or equivalent)

Partner with engineering teams to ensure alignment between design and production implementations
