Demonstrate cooperation and willingness to work with all levels within the organization.Participate in as many learning opportunities as possible within the Mold building industry whether it be Mold Making, Machining or Engineering.Assist within the relevant department, but also learn about other aspects of the company.Complete all tests, presentations, and other required evaluations.Positively receiving feedback.Keep a log of everything learned.Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients.Attend night school and maintaining a 70% average.
