Position Title: On Site Engineering Support
Location: Charlotte NC
Duration: 2 weeks with possible extension

Job Description:
On Site Engineering Support 8hrs / day.
Support the customer through CAT Testing of an RFID type of print project.
Obtain details of customer use cases
Collect and analyze logs from the printers and other systems for the engineering.
Assist Engineering teams with RCA analysis.
Obtain corrective actions from the Engineering
Install corrective Firmware
Retest Use case for corrected behavior
Follow on Remediate in all printers
Daily reports to the teams
Weekly Reports to the teams
Requested experience:
Sr Field Engineer with 5-7+ Years of experience
Experienced with Printers
Experience in RFID / BLE preferred
Able to pass a Public Trust Background and Clearance package if required
