Job Summary

The position will be responsible for supporting commercial operations and creating value in structuring optimization transactions for natural gas assets. This role will require analytic, energetic, results-oriented individuals with inquisitive minds. Works toward maximizing revenue, profit and returns through knowledge of contracts, operations, and markets. Must have ability to work within a team-oriented environment in rapidly evolving markets and handle multiple assignments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist with customer needs and solutions to meet those needs
  • Maintain customer relationships and commitments with a customer service focused approach
  • Compile internal reporting materials and metrics in coordination with multiple departments
  • Support the Operations and Scheduling teams with commercial analysis when necessary
  • Work closely with other departments in DTM to ensure contracts are being appropriately communicated and managed, including regulatory, legal, finance, risk, accounting, operations and engineering
  • Assist with developing new projects and business development
  • Assist with customer relations, presentations, and other commercial activities

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a technical discipline
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
  • Experience with creating and delivering presentations

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the energy industry, with account management, scheduling and/or gas control
