Direct Hire/ Permanent Placement

$180k – $300k, Hybrid/ Flex, Bonus (+/- 30%), Full benefits, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, etc.

THE CLIENT

This particular client is a mid-large sized (2500 ppl, 25 offices in 15 states) firm who work on energy infrastructure and solutions.


OVERVIEW

The ideal Candidate will have experience with Large Commercial Hospitals and/ or College Campuses or similar Building systems.

 

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• Oversee design, modification, and improvement of engineering projects and services.

• Delegate and empower engineering directors and project managers - business plans, financial analytics, and client communication.

• Control budget, coordinate project/ process changes to improve cost/ benefit ratio.

• Review engineering designs

• BSME, BSEE, BSAE, BSCM or similar

• 7+ yrs. of engineering leadership
