A Senior Role for an Established Commercial Roofing Professional

Farha Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Executive in the Denver marketsomeone who understands the local commercial landscape and brings established relationships with property owners, managers, and contractors.


This role is well suited for a seasoned professional who prefers autonomy, values long-term client relationships, and wants strong operational support behind their sales efforts.


Were a family-owned, mid-sized commercial roofing contractor operating across four states. Our size allows us to handle complex commercial projects while maintaining a culture where experience is respected and contributions are recognized.


What Youll Do

Commercial Sales & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
    • Property managers
    • Building owners and asset managers
    • Developers and general contractors
  • Leverage an existing book of business while continuing to grow the St. Louis market
  • Sell and manage commercial roofing projects
  • Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of Farha Roofing

Project Coordination (With Strong Internal Support)

  • Stay involved throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work closely with Farhas estimating, operations, and production teams
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from proposal through completion

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales
  • An established book of business in the St. Louis commercial market
  • Experience selling and managing mid- to large-scale commercial roofing projects
