X-ray Field Service Engineer
Location: Omaha, NE (Full-time, Permanent)

About the Company:
A well established imaging service organization supporting hospitals and outpatient facilities with diagnostic imaging equipment service and support. The team is known for reliable field coverage, strong technical standards, and a customer first approach focused on maximizing system uptime.
Role Overview:
This Field Service Engineer role is primarily based in Omaha with some travel across Nebraska as needed. You will service and support diagnostic X-ray systems in clinical environments, completing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs. You will work closely with radiology, biomedical, and site leadership to resolve issues efficiently, document all service activity, and manage parts, follow up visits, and service timelines. Mammography support is a plus and may include assisting with basic service tasks, system checks, and scheduled maintenance depending on experience.
Key Requirements:
โ€ข Field service experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment, with a focus on X-ray
โ€ข OEM experience is required (any major manufacturer considered)
