Job description

At Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country, we are currently seeking a Full-time Maintenance Engineer Supervisor. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the property operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This hands-on position requires the ability to prioritize urgent repairs while adhering to a structured maintenance schedule for the overall upkeep of the hotel. Experience with commercial kitchens, laundry facilities, and complex mechanical systems such as chillers, boilers, and swimming pools is highly desirable.

Compensation:

$25 - $27 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the seamless operation of all mechanical and electrical systems to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep our facilities in top condition.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guest services.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement innovative solutions for facility improvements.
