Job description

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Relocation Package
As a systems engineer for C2BMC, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for Coordinating with the Missile Defense Agency to conduct high-level Anti-Tamper and Threat Management Assessments.

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Excellent communication skills, writing Engineering Plans, and familiarity with Anti-Tamper for hardware/software methodologies. 

What sets you apart:

  • Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
  • Interact with customer to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain Critical Program Information (CPI) analysis, Defense Exportability Assessments, and defense export strategy
  • Identify risk-based technical countermeasures for the protection of C2BMC Critical Program Information and Critical Components.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain waivers for CPI, AT or defense exportability features
  • Brief Anti-Tamper and Program Protection requirements and prepare white papers and evaluations as required
  • Support program milestone reviews and Fielding Decisions and verify entrance criteria is satisfied by having the Anti-Tamper and Program Protection products approved.
  • Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Willingness to travel between Colorado Springs and Huntsville.
