LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading engineering consulting firm to identify their next Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting significant growth plans amid a collaborative environment in Chicago, IL.
We are on the hunt to identify a Recruiter who can manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, source candidates, and support experienced-hire recruitment within a thriving engineering consulting firm. The role offers a hybrid work model and is ideal for self-starters and go-getters eager to make an impactful contribution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and conduct resume reviews
  • Support experienced-hire recruiting efforts across multiple functions
  • Quickly assess technical talent fit and partner with the recruiting team in a collaborative environment
  • Work independently with minimal handholding and be proactive in candidate sourcing and engagement
  • Learn engineering profiles and hiring needs rapidly
  • Build strong relationships to drive results and foster a positive candidate experience

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency environments
  • Exposure to engineering recruiting or technical sourcing is a plus
