The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, hardworking Program Manager to help support the operational cadence for the Developer Platform organization. We're looking for someone who can bring diverse groups together to establish program goals, helping them to succeed in delivering against the strategic outcomes of the business as well as support effective communication of goals and strategy to various stakeholders and executive leadership across the Adobe landscape. This person will help to drive the organizational objectives that align to business priorities and provide timely status updates.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate within and across teams to align efforts to desired business goals
  • Develop templates and provide updates for quarterly-based delivery roadmaps
  • Work with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program success
  • Create, customize and own the communication and translation of technical milestones and strategy into business goals and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a central repository for all updates
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with program management partners and leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Promote transparency across the organization and communicate program status
What you need to succeed
  • Have 2 years of relevant technical program management experience
  • Have strong AI, Sharepoint, Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Have a keen ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve gaps and areas of concern
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills & the ability to "win people over"
  • Have technical background that allows for active and efficient understanding of technical goals and the business outputs expected
  • Have excellent speaking and writing skills
  • Remain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Must be meticulously organized and exceptionally focused and detailed in their work

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,300 -- $234,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $162,000 - $234,600

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
