Job Summary

The Senior Rail Engineer Program Manager will be an accomplished engineering leader with a proven ability to generate new business, oversee technical delivery, and establish a strong local team of engineers. They will use creativity, foresight, and sound judgment to address complex challenges and drive impactful decisions. The Senior Rail Engineer Program Manager will balance competing priorities and lead programs with advanced technical and organizational complexity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and lead project delivery, while also building and developing a local engineering team.
  • Lead a major program team for the organization.
  • Familiar with transportation clients and their rail and transit needs.
  • Sales and pre-marketing to expand PM services in the Pacific Northwest and the West coast.
  • Supervise multiple organizational segments or teams.
  • Recommend necessary facilities, personnel, and funds for program implementation.
  • Oversee technical, legal, and financial aspects of the entire program.
  • Establish program objectives, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Collaborate as a leader within an office team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
  • Skilled in developing relationships with key clients with an ability to drive business growth.
  • Proficient with electronic communications (e‑mail, text) and standard office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
