Job Description A fast-growing digital marketplace and data-driven technology company is hiring a Platform Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on developer productivity, cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and internal engineering platforms.
The engineering organization operates at scale and relies heavily on automation, observability, and self-service tooling to support rapid software delivery. This position will play a key role in helping engineers build, test, deploy, and operate services more efficiently while maintaining high levels of reliability and performance.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineering leader who started their career as a hands-on backend engineer and enjoys solving large-scale platform challenges, developing engineering talent, and improving the software development lifecycle across an organization. Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
  • Strong background in backend systems and distributed applications.
  • Experience working within cloud-native environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
