Position Overview
The Receiving Specialist plays a key role in managing income delivery of supplies, testing samples, and other essential products related to our resistivity testing experience. ย This role works closely with operational leadership and our field-based technicians to ensure cost-effective procurement, timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
Receive, Inspect, and store shipments of products.
Accurately record receiving data to align with associated purchase orders.
Prepare and organized received stock/deliveries for inventory.
Report damages or inventory shortage to operational leadership & take corrective action as needed.
Maintain quality standards on all work; ensure safety requirements and processes are followed at all times regarding receipt and storage of inventory.
Effectively communicate with Lab Manager regarding inventory levels.
