Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The Lab Manager will assign duties and projects within the Product Group to be accomplished. 

2. Acts as a liaison and make recommendations on any changes, which should be made. 

3. Responsibilities include preparing equipment for testing, monitor test conditions, document and reporting the results. 

4. Is required to maintain a file of data received from any special testing or from other Technicians.

5. Follow established Company procedures and industry standards in all testing. 

6. Report to Supervisor any deficiencies in the testing equipment.


Qualifications

Two (2) year Associate degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology 

One to three (1-3) years in the field of HVAC or refrigeration technology

Strong mechanical skills

Proven oral and written communication abilities

Ability to work independently

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong MS Office PC skills.
