Job Title: Process Control Engineer
Location: Decatur - IL
Experience Required:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, quality, or supply chain functions. Internship experience will not be considered.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Accepted disciplines include Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain Engineering.
Key Skills Required:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Working knowledge and application of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)

Technical Skills Required:
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, formulas, and computer-generated reports
  • Experience in 3D modeling tools (preferably Creo)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with Teamcenter
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
  • Exposure to Should Cost Analysis (preferred)

Soft Skills Required:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong ownership and execution capability
