Job description

We are a small respected engineering firm located in Austin, Texas, is looking for an Engineer In Training (EIT) to help company grow. Our projects are diverse and cover a wide range of engineering disciplines (including structural, geotechnical, architectural and civil).

Role Description

  • This position includes both field and office work. Some field work can be physically demanding. While we are committed to providing a work-life balance, some overtime, weekend work and limited overnight trips will be required.

  • Since extensive training will be provided, no previous work experience required.

  • A BS or MS degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical or Architectural Engineering is required. Must be able to get PE license within 5 years.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will be a quick learner that is willing and able to take on new challenges. Active participation (including publishing and presenting papers) in local and national engineering organizations (such as the Post-Tensioning Institute and the American Society of Civil Engineers) will be strongly encouraged.
