All About You
We are searching for a Maintenance Tech Specialist to provide equipment and facility mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance support for all manufacturing operations. This role will ensure continuous operation of equipment and facilities to protect the companies' investment in capital equipment. This role will make sure equipment is ready to produce quality products with a consistent performance in scheduled quantities and time. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Formal training and certificate of completion in Industrial Systems Technology course including Industrial Safety Procedures, AC / DC Wiring, PLC, Mechanics, Fluid Power and Pumps and Piping Systems.
  • Working knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting. Understanding of process instrumentation and communication (HART).
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as an industrial plant electrical and instrumentation technician required.
  • Must be able to be at work on time, follow company rules and procedures, follow directions from supervisor, interact in a positive and constructive manner with co-workers, work overtime and weekends as required.

Preferred Competencies:
  • Advanced PLC programming.
  • Human Machine Interface (HMI) programming.
  • Knowledge of robotic systems.
  • Advanced computer skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Troubleshoot electrical / electronic circuit problems, including logic circuits, basic solid-state circuits and in-depth process control functions.

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, maintain, test and troubleshoot industrial mechanical and electrical equipment, controls and instrumentation on production and facility equipment.
