Description
Summary
Performs final shipping assembly operations to produce products such as air filtration (AFS) systems and AFS accessories.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs final shipping assembly of AFS machines using manufacturing orders,
drawings, schematics, and SOPs as needed.
Packs machines using hand tools, cranes, and impact guns when needed.
Acquire parts and part assemblies from inventory based on the manufacturing order.
Assemble AFS filter kits per manufacturing order
Completes assembly operations within the specified time allotted to maintain assembly
schedule.
Ensures appropriate inventory movement and transactions occur during machine assembly and final shipping preparation.
Prepare completed AFS system and/or accessories for final shipping process
Maintains quality records required to ensure accurate completion of assembly operations.
Keeps work areas clean and free of debris.
Use appropriate PPE devices where necessary and follow safety rules.
Operates the forklift as needed.

Education and/or Experience

experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
