RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Lead AI Search & SEO Strategist in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in AI-powered search optimization, driving visibility across emerging search platforms and large language model ecosystems. The role partners with marketing, content, analytics, engineering, and external stakeholders to improve content discoverability, search performance, and digital engagement through advanced SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Lead AI Search, AEO, and GEO optimization initiatives across digital platforms
* Optimize content, website architecture, and structured data for AI-driven search visibility
* Collaborate with content, analytics, and engineering teams to improve discoverability and search performance
* Enhance schema markup, site structure, crawlability, indexation, and internal linking strategies
* Monitor AI search visibility, citation frequency, and performance metrics
* Analyze search trends and identify opportunities for continuous optimization
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
* Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and execute digital optimization initiatives
* Provide thought leadership on emerging AI search technologies and industry best practices
* Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
* 3+ years of SEO, digital marketing, or search optimization experience
* Experience with AI-powered search platforms, AEO, GEO, or related technologies
* Strong understanding of structured data, schema markup, and technical SEO principles
* Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
