Marketing Manager – E-Commerce & Brand Growth

Hi-Tech Closets is a Calgary-based, family-owned manufacturer of custom closets, cabinetry, and home organization systems, proudly serving clients across Canada and the United States.
We combine state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing with an innovative online design experience, offering homeowners a true factory-direct e-commerce solution.

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing strategy — from planning and research to execution across all digital channels. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role ideal for a creative and data-driven professional.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and retargeting campaigns

  • Conduct market and keyword research to identify trends and growth opportunities

  • Create and oversee content for website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media

  • Manage and grow social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Implement SEO best practices to increase website visibility and conversions

  • Set up and monitor email marketing automations (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Odoo)

  • Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console

  • Collaborate with management on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms


Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods

  • Proven success managing Google AdsMeta Ads, and social media campaigns

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools

  • Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

  • Experience with WooCommerce, Odoo, or other e-commerce platforms

  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills

  • Photography and video editing experience is an asset


Schedule
  • Monday to Friday

  • 8-hour shift

  • Occasional campaign deadlines or launch periods may require flexibility
