Clawson Motorsports is Central Valley's premier powersports dealership. We carry the biggest brands in the industry and pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service to our massive, passionate community of riders. We are currently seeking an experienced, elite "A" Level Side-by-Side (SxS) / UTV Technician to join our high-volume service department.If you are a diagnostic wizard, a master of wrenching, and want to work in a fast-paced, professional shop environment, we want to talk to you.What You'll Do

  • Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues on major SxS brands (Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, etc.).
  • Performance Builds: Install complex aftermarket accessories, long-travel suspensions, turbo kits, audio systems, and custom upgrades.
  • Engine & Drivetrain Overhauls: Perform top and bottom-end engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and differential servicing.
  • Efficiency & Mentorship: Maintain a high level of flag-hour efficiency while ensuring flawless quality control. Provide guidance or mentorship to B and C-level techs when needed.
  • Documentation: Clearly document cause and correction details on repair orders and interface smoothly with service advisors.

Requirements

 What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Powersports Technician, specifically with a heavy focus on Side-by-Sides/UTVs.
  • Certifications: Factory certifications (e.g., Polaris MSD, Can-Am/BRP, Gold/Silver level) are highly preferred.
  • Tools: Must possess a complete set of professional-grade tools proper for an A-level technician.
  • Skills: Expert-level knowledge of electrical schematics, EFI systems, and CVT clutching.
  • Attributes: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, a clean driving record, and a motorcycle/powersports endorsement (or ability to get one).
