Job description

Residential Concrete Construction Company Hiring
The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum of three years of experience working on various vehicles, with a strong focus on gas engines. This includes hands-on experience with engine rebuilding, as well as installing rebuilt automatic and manual transmissions. And strong diagnostic abilities for determining potential repairability.  Clean MVR and Pre employment Drug test and ability to pass medical per AZ DOT driver certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic problems on a diverse range of vehicles and construction equipment
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on vehicles.
  • Test and inspect parts for wear and defects.
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks and schedules to minimize downtime of equipment
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including parts and any recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
  • Fleet Mechanic: 80+ Vehicles
  • 2-5+ years experience Gas and; Diesel Eng
  • All transmissions, Brakes Electrical
  • 1/2 ton to Super 18 in Fleet
  • Stability in Previous Positions
  • Dependable attendance record, a Must!

***Mechanic rate: $30.00 to $45.00 +++ based on experience.
