Role Summary
Chromalloy is hiring Production Operators for 1st shift (Mon - Fri) to support aerospace turbine component manufacturing and repair operations. The role provides hands-on support across multiple production processes and is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, shop-floor, or mechanical experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple production areas including rotors, engine assembly / disassembly, power turbines and modules
  • Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely and accurately
  • Follow work instructions, travelers, and quality standards
  • Train or assist less-experienced operators when required
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures
  • Work with minimal supervision once trained

Qualifications
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not always required)
  • No specific licenses or certifications required

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
