Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project & Program Manager to support Community Engagement programs and cross-functional workstreams within a complex, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have strong program coordination, stakeholder management, executive communication, reporting, budget tracking, and governance experience. This role will work closely with teams across Sustainability, Communications, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Real Estate, and GDC while supporting leadership reviews, risk assessment initiatives, and technology/process adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day Community Engagement program activities, workstreams, timelines, action plans, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sustainability, Communications, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, Real Estate, and GDC to drive program execution.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings, governance forums, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and leadership reviews, including agendas, meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Consolidate information from multiple teams and develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, leadership communications, reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
  • Support implementation and adoption of the Community & Regulatory Risk Assessment Tool, including training, office hours, user support, stakeholder communications, adoption tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Track budgets, spending, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, annual goals, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining accurate and audit-ready documentation.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of project, program, or operations management experience with proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, organization, risk management, and ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with experience creating executive-level presentations, trackers, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Strong experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, dependencies, governance activities, and program reporting in a complex matrixed environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in sustainability, community engagement, public affairs, regulatory affairs, corporate affairs, infrastructure, real estate, or data center environments.
  • Experience with risk assessment programs, technology/process rollouts, change management, user adoption, training, and stakeholder enablement.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Copilot, FP&A, budget management, financial reporting, or forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with senior leadership and geographically distributed stakeholders.
  • Strong Microsoft Office expertise, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
