Job Title: Customer Engagement Program Coordinator
Location: Plymouth, MN 55442
Duration: 11 Months with possibility of extension or conversion
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Position Summary
Support the planning and execution of healthcare events and customer engagements while managing event operations, CRM tracking, reporting, and process development. Ideal for a self-starter who can adapt, solve problems, and help build new processes in a growing team.
Role Details
  • Plan and execute meetings, events, and customer engagements.
  • Manage event logistics, registration, communications, venues, and vendors.
  • Oversee physician contracting and engagement tracking.
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and prepare post-event reports.
  • Maintain CRM databases, reporting tools, and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience managing high-profile attendees or customer engagements.
  • Experience with CRM tools and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
