Site Manager MIA
Job Type: Full-Time, Salary Exempt
Global K9 Protection Group LLC is looking for a dedicated and passionate Site Manager MIA to serve as an integral part of the GK9PG Team.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and manages scheduling
  • Facilitates Badging (where required)
  • Travel Assistance
  • Manages GK9PG Equipment and Property
  • Manages training and compliance and ensures annotation in GlobalView
  • Reviews a percentage of site videos per week/month and ensure annotation in GlobalView
  • Ensures explosive inventory(ies) are performed per shift
  • Ensure ATF Compliance
  • Monitor and schedule required certification training dates
  • Reviews GlobalView inputs of subordinates for accuracy and completeness
  • Consults with Area Manager on subordinate discipline
  • Counsels subordinates as required
  • Paycom Duties: monitoring employee punches, PTO, Overtime scheduling
  • Handbook policy enforcement
  • Manages customer relationships at the warehouse level
  • Assists Area Manager with coordinating new customer implementation
  • Facilitates new employee orientation and OJT requirements
  • Cascades and disseminates corporate level communication to site-wide personnel
  • Responsible for overall site growth, customer satisfaction and acquisition
  • Immediate supervisor is the Area Manager or Regional Director of Cargo Operations
  • Serves as the first line supervisor for all GK9PG employees at that location
  • Serves as the first level of client interface as a member of GK9PG leadership at site level
  • Serves as the first level of compliance accountability for site
  • Enforces all GK9PG, TSA policies and procedures for that site
  • Provides site specific input to the Regional Director of Cargo Operations as required
  • Manages scheduling - e.g. manage schedules for personnel at their respective site locations and develops training schedules to meet CETA and training requirements (Two weeks in advance for all schedules)
  • Facilitates badging at site and performs functions of the signatory authority for the company at that site
  • Facilitates site or client specific training required
  • Manages GK9PG equipment for the site (computers, phones, diopters, expendable supplies, SCI, etc.); maintains / updates inventory of equipment with GK9PG Logistics Section; initiates reorder or purchase procedures as required
  • Reviews subordinate's travel requests
  • Manages training and ensures annotation in Global View
  • Enforces monthly K9 maintenance / preventive medication and ensures annotation in GlovalView
  • Manages explosive inventory (Lows: monthly for employee low explosives/ High explosives: per use, monthly, and quarterly per company explosives policy)
  • Performs QA/QC audits: reviews 20% of site videos per week and ensures all team videos are uploaded
  • Performs QA/QC Audits: Reviews training & utilization records of subordinates for accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor required recertification dates of assigned K9 teams with Regional Director of Cargo Operations & Director of K9 training to schedule for the requirements
  • Counsel's subordinates as required
  • Paycom duties: monitoring employee punches, timecard verification, PTO, managing overtime, developing work and training schedules (2 weeks advance)
  • Handbook policy enforcement
  • Manages customer relationships at the warehouse level
  • Coordinates start-ups/ demos as part of business development
  • Participates in scheduled weekly briefings/ meetings with HQ as requested
  • Conducts OJT for newly assigned teams

  • Ability to get and maintain a Employee Possessor license through ATF
