Job description

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist staffing manager with staffing needs
  • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
  • Communicate coordination of services with patients, co-workers, and families 
  • Review and update HR information system records 
  • Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
  • Communicate all relevant information to employees

  • Previous experience in staffing
  • General knowledge of home health state and federal guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
