Sales Engineer **SIGN-ON BONUS**

We are growing! Join the Enertech sales business development team and make a real impact by providing technical and application support. Products and services are mostly mechanical or hydraulic in nature with applications in the commercial nuclear power industry. We welcome engineering applicants from a variety of backgrounds who are eager to apply their skills and grow their expertise in the nuclear renaissance. We provide training and development to help the right candidate succeed.

Location: Brea, CA

Salary Range: $74,100 - $107,100 plus bonus

As part of the sales team, provides technical and application support for Enertech products and services. Primary applications will be mechanical and hydraulic equipment for the commercial nuclear power industry

Your Challenge:

  • Review customer requests for proposals, specifications, data sheets, and provide technical solutions

  • Provide cost and lead time estimates for quoted products and larger-scale projects

  • Assist with writing technical business proposals

  • Maintain historical database records of installed equipment

  • Travel to visit customers and support sales team efforts in person

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (any discipline) or other related technical field

  • 1-4 years of related experience in application engineering, sales engineering, technical customer support, or similar roles involving mechanical equipment or hydraulic systems. Experience in the nuclear power industry, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors is a plus - but not required

  • Experience using data management tools (Power BI or similar) a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines

  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Customer-focused mindset and genuine interest in technical sales and continuous learning
