Team Lead: UEM Client Operations

The Team Lead: UEM Data Operations report to Director: UEM and will be responsible for supervision of the team of data entry staff. This is an exempt position with Minol USA.

The Team Lead is responsible for completing, establishing procedures for or delegating:

  • Distribution of work load fairly among data entry staff
  • Bill collection and organization
  • Utility provider credential setup and management
  • Management of Bath and bill approval process
  • Maintaining and quality assurance of billing templates
  • Manage bill corrections, reversals and quality control
  • Missing bill tracking and collection
  • Process improvements as appropriate
  • GL Export preparation and Quality assurance for handoff to Payment operations team
  • Cross-functional work with Payment and Client operations teams
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications and experience:

  • High level typing skills with experience in 10-key data entry
  • Experience with utility bill collection and vendor account management.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor direct reports.
  • Comfort with managing deadline pressure while maintaining a detail orientation within an analytical team-oriented role
  • EnergyCap experience or related experience within the utilities and/or multi-family housing industry (a plus)
  • Familiar with data entry of utility bills and/or invoices
