Energy amp; Sustainability Specialist
About the Organization

We are hiring creative, motivated, and talented people with a passion for doing what's right, what's smart, and what works.
Position Description
Redhorse Corporation is seeking an Energy and Sustainability Specialist with a background in data monitoring and analytics. This is a full-time position based on the project deliverables to review energy and water data for trends and anomalies. Special skillsets include the ability to obtain and analyze data to create compliant documentation and communicate effectively with the client.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:
  • Review energy and water data for GSA Building Teams
  • Review programming and provide support to programmer as needed
  • Analyze and document sustainable practices across facilities
  • Manage project timelines and team communication
Minimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, and Credentials include:
  • Possess a BS degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to work with clients on client site.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and document solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks on time.
Communication Skills:
  • Ability to draft new processes, optimize processes as necessary, and communicate processes as required, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from client.
  • Self-starter. Candidates must have a track record of achieving large, complex goals without direct supervision.
Technical and Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to ask questions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to effectively perform remote meetings (Adobe Connect, Google hangouts, etc.).
Other Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Physical ability to walk job sites in uneven terrain.
  • Provide personal transportation for meetings and facility site visits (reimbursed).
  • Attend meetings and perform tasks for long periods of time on a computer and on the telephone.
  • Must be able to obtain a GSA badge.
Compensation range for this position is the following:
  • Starting $65,000.00/year to $85,000.00/year
