We're looking for a High-Energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily operations, drive sales results, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you love coaching people, solving problems, and building a winning store culture, you'll feel right at home with us.
What You'll Do (Your Impact Matters!)
As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of store operations - supporting your General Manager, boosting performance, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Your key responsibilities include:
  • Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment
  • Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures
  • Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking
  • Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members
  • Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services
  • Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns with professionalism
  • Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance
  • Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away

Requirements (What You Bring)
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail, etc.)
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages)
  • Clear communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to confidently use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., bend, reach, climb, etc.
  • Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
