We are seeking an Energy Operations Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our Energy Operations team. This role focuses on leading employees, driving operational excellence, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring efficient, customer-focused operations.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead and support the Energy Operations team by providing leadership, coaching, and employee development.
  • Oversee daily fuel delivery, propane delivery, propane service, and operational performance.
  • Develop operational goals, improve processes, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets, labor utilization, and operational resources.
  • Partner with sales, customer service, fleet, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 3โ€“5 years of progressive leadership experience in energy, operations, agriculture, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of energy operations, DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and applicable industry regulations.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, operational goals, and team performance.
  • Valid driver's license required. Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain these endorsements.
