Job description

Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator / Office Administrator (Contract)

Alpharetta, GA (Windward Plaza) – Fully Onsite
$24–$26/hour
12–16 Week Contract | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Coordinator / Office Administrator to support a fast-paced office environment in Alpharetta. This individual will serve as the face of the office, providing front desk coverage and administrative support while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will support a high-energy office with approximately 60–70 onsite employees, assisting with coordination, communication, and meeting logistics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary front desk contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and office schedules
  • Manage catering orders for meetings and executive visits (breakfast and lunch) using EasyCater
  • Support visiting executives as needed
  • Assist with office operations, supplies, and general coordination
  • Communicate and manage tasks using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Office tools


Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • 2+ years of experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or catering is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Professional, dependable, and client-service oriented


Additional Information

  • Fully onsite role (no remote option)
  • July will be a high-volume month with increased meetings and coordination needs
  • Processes and detailed guidelines are available to support daily responsibilities
