What You’ll Do:

  • Energy Efficiency Consulting: Assess the energy consumption patterns of clients and recommend energy-saving solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, helping them optimize their energy use and reduce costs.
  • Energy Solutions Presentation: Present energy-efficient solutions and services to business owners, helping them understand the financial and environmental benefits.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring each receives personalized recommendations for energy-saving solutions.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the latest energy-efficient products, practices, and technologies to increase awareness and drive savings.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ongoing Training & Expertise Development: Participate in training programs to stay current with industry trends and advancements in energy efficiency solutions.

A Typical Workday:

  • 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Participate in team meetings, discuss client needs, and plan upcoming consultations.
  • 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Engage with clients in-person or virtually to assess their energy consumption and present tailored efficiency solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, or related field is a plus)
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (experience in energy or utilities is a bonus)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting client needs and exceeding sales targets
