A Day in the Life: 

The Consumer Engagement Marketing (CEM) Program is Monster Energy Company's national marketing engine, built to put our products in hands, our brand in minds, and our presence everywhere it matters. From high energy events and pop up activations to street level retail execution, our CEM team is the heartbeat of how Monster connects with the world. We generate trial, spark conversations, and build real relationships with consumers, partners, key accounts, and communities across the country. Our team doesn't just show up; we show out. Whether we're supporting a major event activation, driving leads for our sales division, or hitting the streets to merchandise at retail accounts, every interaction is an opportunity to grow the Monster brand and deepen the connections that keep it thriving. 

The Impact You'll Make: 

Ambassadors will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: 

  • Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling 
  • Distribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty 
  • Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company 
  • Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule 
  • Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform 
  • Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers 
  • Respond in a timely manner to CEM Team Leader 
  • Inventory, cleaning and organization of warehouses/storage areas 
  • Assist with Marketing event planning, set up, activation and tear down 
  • Assist with Sales in trade merchandising at retail accounts 
Who You Are: 
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time 
  • May be required to travel when necessary 
  • Must be available to work at least one shift per week (no exceptions) 
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required 
  • Must have a clean driving record (drivers abstract required) 
  • Must hold valid driver's license of the Province you are employed 
  • Must Pass Criminal Background Check 
  • Must be comfortable driving a lifted pickup truck in urban/downtown, suburban and highway settings 
  • Must be 21 years of age or older 
  • This position is Part Time up to 30 hours a week
