Position Summary

The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by providing fast, friendly service in a high-energy convenience store environment. This position supports daily store operations, maintains store appearance, and helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, multitasking, and being part of a strong team.


Position Requirements

  • Must consent to a criminal background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and cash-handling skills preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Accurately process transactions while following company cash-handling procedures
  • Assist guests with fuel purchases, lottery transactions, returns, and other store services
  • Promote featured products, rewards programs, and store promotions to enhance the guest experience
  • Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized including counters, shelves, coolers, restrooms, and outdoor areas in all weather conditions
  • Restock merchandise, bag ice, organize displays, empty trash, and complete daily operational tasks
  • Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining accuracy and friendliness
  • Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and management
  • Support overall store operations and assist team members as needed
