Job Summary
EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks an Endpoint Administrator for a critical role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level endpoint solutions to ensure security, performance, scalability, and seamless operations. This position focuses on managing and resolving complex IT tickets from our network of over 150 IT professionals while collaborating with local IT teams and other stakeholders across EMCOR's 100 operating companies. The Endpoint Administrator will leverage Microsoft Intune for devise management across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms, performing basic design and advanced troubleshooting to support our business objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design, test, validate, and deploy enterprise-scale endpoint solutions, including device configurations, OS deployments, and software distribution using Microsoft Intune.
  • Triage and resolve complex IT tickets escalated from operating company IT teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain standardized configurations for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring compatibility with existing and new hardware.
  • Document endpoint environments, configurations, deployments, and changes to maintain a clear and accurate knowledge base.
  • Support pilot programs to evaluate new technologies and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide escalated support and troubleshooting for complex endpoint issues, serving as a subject matter expert for endpoint management.
  • Automate routing tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, PSADT) to improve efficiency.
  • Package and deploy Win32 applications via Intune and Patch My PC, ensuring seamless software distribution.
  • Stay current with industry trends by participating in conferences, workshops, and training.
  • Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams to promote best practices and new technologies while fostering innovation and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Windows devices with Microsoft Intune, including MAM/MDM administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with imaging and Windows Autopilot provisioning.
  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred); equivalent experience considered.
  • Expertise in operating systems, including Windows 11, iOS, macOS, and Android.
  • Advanced knowledge of Apple Business Manager (Automated Device Enrollment, VPP applications) and Android Zero-touch enrollment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, PSADT) for task automation.
  • Experience packaging and deploying Win32 applications via Intune and Patch My PC.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with personnel at all levels.
