Job description

The SR Lead, Endpoint Engineering & Support will own the strategy, engineering, and day-to-day support of desktops, laptops, and endpoints for corporate and branch users. Drive endpoint security and lifecycle strategy using Microsoft Intune and Defender, manage DaaS offerings, and lead vendor relationships across the end user computing environment. This is a direct-hire position in Irving, TX, working Monday-Thursday onsite and Fridays remote.

  • Own Intune-based device enrollment, compliance, and app deployment
  • Manage endpoint security via Microsoft Defender
  • Evaluate and implement DaaS/VDI solutions
  • Standardize imaging, patching, and configuration
  • Drive support SLAs and root cause analysis to reduce downtime
  • Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and asset lifecycle
  • Build and lead a team of endpoint engineers and support techs
     

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 6+ years in endpoint engineering/desktop support, 2+ in a lead role
  • Hands-on Intune and Defender experience
  • DaaS/VDI experience
  • Proven success in distributed corporate + branch environments
  • Strong vendor management, leadership, and troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft certifications (Modern Desktop Admin, Endpoint Admin Associate) a plus
