Weekend and Holiday requirements


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality endoscopy nursing care during procedures on site.

  • Adhere to infection control standards and safety protocols.

  • Monitor patient vitals and assist anesthesia team as required.

  • Document procedure notes, patient data, and post-procedure instructions accurately.

  • Meet or exceed procedural targets and productivity metrics.

  • Prepare, calibrate, and maintain endoscopy equipment and supplies.

  • Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and reduce procedure turnaround time.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of endoscopy best practices and guidelines.

  • Educate patients about pre- and post-procedure care and follow-up.

  • Support mentoring and onboarding of new staff, sharing best practices.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with valid license and Endoscopy Certification.
